Peptide Plugs Review (2026): COAs, Labs & Is It Legit?

Peptide Plugs (Austin Research Products LLC, Liberty Hill, TX) names Freedom Diagnostics as its lab and gives product-level accession codes you can check on the lab's own COA search. It has the highest score on our method, but it's young, has no independent test data and sorts its shop into benefit-named categories such as 'Weight Loss'.

✓Good for

  • COA page lists 117 certificates across 62 products, each dated with purity and measured content
  • Names its lab, Freedom Diagnostics, on its site; product pages show a lot, an accession code and a link to the lab's own COA search
  • Publishes its legal entity and street address: Austin Research Products LLC, Liberty Hill, TX

!Watch out for

  • Young domain (registered December 2025), and Finnrick lists no independent tests
  • Shop categories are named 'Weight Loss', 'Anti-Aging' and 'Sleep', and a GLP-1-class blend is sold under a code ('GLP3 + Elora')
  • The main COA page shows no lot numbers, and we found no Trustpilot page or public affiliate program

Peptide Plugs looks legitimate on the points we can check. It's run by Austin Research Products LLC at a published Liberty Hill, TX address, names its testing lab (Freedom Diagnostics), gives lab accession codes you can check on the lab's own site, and has no FDA warning letter on record as of September 26, 2026. Its overall score is 7.5/10; on our transparency method alone it scores 8.1/10, the highest of the eight on that measure. It sits at #5 in our editors' order. Its weak points are a young domain, no independent test data, and shop categories named after effects.

Notice: Peptide Plugs' products are sold for in-vitro laboratory research only. They are not FDA-approved and not for human or animal consumption. This review covers supplier transparency only. We didn't buy or test any products.

Peptide Plugs at a glance

  • Operating status: Live storefront at peptideplugs.com, checked September 26, 2026.
  • Entity and address: Austin Research Products LLC, d/b/a PeptidePlugs, 126 Holmes Rd #8, Liberty Hill, TX 78642. Its terms are governed by Texas law.
  • Business age: The domain was registered on December 30, 2025 (WHOIS). The about page names a founder by first name only and gives no founding year.
  • Catalog: 67 items in the shop: vials, blends (such as "Wolverine Plus" and "HALO"), some tablets, and apparel.
  • FDA record: No warning letter found in the FDA database.

Peptide Plugs COA: what's published

Peptide Plugs has the best lab traceability of our eight vendors.

  • Volume: The COA page listed 117 certificates across 62 products when we checked. Each entry shows the test date, the lab, purity and measured content. For example, Tesamorelin 10mg was tested September 16, 2026 at 99.90%, with 11.88mg measured.
  • Lab named on the site: every entry is labeled "Freedom" (Freedom Diagnostics), and the homepage names the lab too.
  • Lab-side verification: product pages list a lot and an accession code, with a link to Freedom Diagnostics' COA search. The GLP3 + Elora page, for example, shows lot 56440-RB and code Pept2609159124. Because the lookup runs on the lab's site, not the vendor's, it's a stronger check than a PDF alone.

What's missing: the main COA page doesn't show lot numbers, so you'll need the product page or support to match a report to your vial. Its BPC-157 certificate (July 25, 2026) includes an LAL endotoxin result (USP <85>, pass at ≤0.05 EU/mL; see endotoxin testing for peptides), but we found no sterility reports, and we didn't find an accreditation listed for Freedom Diagnostics. Our COA guide explains the checks.

The about page also offers $100 store credit for verified COAs submitted from Freedom Diagnostics, Finnrick or Janoshik. That invites outside testing, but we found no published results from it.

Independent testing

Finnrick tracks Peptide Plugs but shows 0 tests as of September 26, 2026. There's no community data to compare against its certificates. See Janoshik vs Finnrick.

Labeling

The disclaimers are strict. The footer says the company makes "no health, dosing, or therapeutic claims of any kind," and the terms require buyers to be 21+ and a "qualified researcher." We saw no dosing content on the pages we reviewed.

The deductions:

  • Benefit-named categories. The shop is organized into categories such as "Weight Loss," "Anti-Aging," "Sleep" and "Vitality." The Weight Loss category had 12 items.
  • A coded GLP-1-class product. "GLP3 + Elora" is described as a blend of "GLP-3" and eloralintide, with "two independent suppression pathways." We cover GLP-1-class products for research use only, with no dosing content.
  • Tablets of some compounds (BPC-157, SLU-PP-332).

FDA has said research-use labels don't protect sellers whose marketing points to human use (background).

Pricing and coupon code

BPC-157 20mg is listed at $50, GHK-Cu 100mg at $35 and TB-500 10mg at $50. Lower "as low as" prices apply to multi-packs (shop). A points program gives $1 off per 100 points. We found no public coupon code we could verify.

Shipping, payment and returns

  • Shipping: Orders ship within 1-2 business days from Liberty Hill, TX, by UPS only. Shipping is free over $200, and it ships within the US only (policy).
  • Payment: Credit card checkout, per the terms. The site shows payment icons but doesn't list methods in text.
  • Returns: All sales are final. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days with photos, for a replacement or store credit (refund policy).

Peptide Plugs reviews and complaints: Trustpilot and Reddit

We found no Trustpilot page for peptideplugs.com, and the site's own reviews page didn't show any reviews when we checked. A vendor directory lists a single 5-star review (Peptide Protocols). We didn't find Reddit threads we could verify. Don't confuse it with The Peptide Plugs, which describes itself as a Canadian store.

Alternatives

  • American Peptides (9.1/10): lot-number COA lookup; lab named on homepage only.
  • NextGenPeps (8.8/10): names Janoshik and BioRegen on every COA entry.
  • Ascension Peptides (8.1/10): an 85-record COA library searchable by lot; lab named only by independent reviewers.
  • Swiss Chems (6.5/10): long history and Finnrick data, but an FDA letter.
  • PSPeptides (8.5/10): wide payment options, but dosing guides on its blog.
  • Alpha Pro Peptides (6.3/10): also uses Freedom Diagnostics, with a lot ID table.

Verdict

Peptide Plugs scores 7.5/10. Lab-side verification codes and a published address are strengths most vendors don't offer. Independent Finnrick tests, lot numbers on the main COA page, and category names that don't describe effects would lift it further.
