Five of our listed vendors sell a premixed BPC-157 + TB-500 vial, and PSPeptides, Ascension Peptides and Peptide Plugs document it best: each posts a certificate for the blend itself with a named lab, a batch or lot, and measured content for both components. Peptide Plugs is cheapest per mg, at $3.00/mg for its 30 mg vial on October 7, 2026. Neither compound is FDA-approved.
Notice: Research peptides are sold for in-vitro laboratory research only. They are not FDA-approved, not for human or animal consumption, and this page is not medical advice.
"Wolverine" is a vendor nickname, not a compound. A blend needs one extra check that a single peptide doesn't: the certificate should report each component's measured content, not just one purity figure. Our criterion is a blend-specific COA with a named lab, a lot and per-component results. We don't test products; we check what each vendor publishes.
Regulatory status of BPC-157 and TB-500
FDA treats these as two separate substances. No federal list we found names the combination.
- FDA: neither is an approved drug. FDA's Category 2 compounding page (content current as of April 22, 2026) lists both BPC-157 and "Thymosin beta-4, fragment (LKKTETQ), also known as TB-500" among nominations "withdrawn by the nominators." It lists no BPC-157/TB-500 combination.
- July 2026 advisory vote: FDA's Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee voted 8 yes, 6 no, 1 abstaining on each of BPC-157 and TB-500, recommending both for the 503A bulks list (McDermott Will & Schulte). McDermott says FDA would still need notice-and-comment rulemaking, possibly in 2027 or later. The vote is non-binding and covers licensed pharmacy compounding, not research-use sales. We found no final FDA decision as of October 7, 2026.
- Intended use: FDA's 2026 warning letters treat "research use only" products as unapproved new drugs when the seller's site shows human use, citing dosing information and injection instructions among other evidence. Details: FDA peptide regulation in 2026.
- WADA: the 2026 Prohibited List names BPC-157 under S0 and "Thymosin-β4 and its derivatives e.g. TB-500" under S2, both prohibited at all times (2026 list text).
- DEA: neither is on DEA's controlled substances list dated August 27, 2026.

Notes on the table:
- NextGenPeps: the product page lists 10 and 20 mg sizes but doesn't state the ratio, lab or lot in its text. Its COA library has a 10 mg blend certificate from BioRegen (July 17, 2025; 99.11% and 99.50%) and two 20 mg ones: Bioviridian (September 25, 2026; 99.62%, with endotoxin) and BioRegen (January 15, 2026). None lists a lot.
- PSPeptides: the product page links COA, heavy metals, endotoxin, sterility and fentanyl reports for each size. The 5 + 5 mg certificate from North American Diagnostics reports BPC-157 at 99.96% and 5.10 mg, and TB-500 at 99.93% and 4.97 mg, by HPLC with mass spectrometry. The same product page gives reconstitution volumes, syringe guidance and links to a dosage calculator and an injection guide, which we count against it. Code CHECKED takes 10% off (details); we may earn a commission.
- Ascension Peptides: the product page lists Kovera Labs (June 2026) and MZ Biolabs (February 2026) batches. The Kovera certificate reports BPC-157 at 11.73 mg and TB-500 at 10.99 mg, but only a blend-average purity (99.473%). It also includes endotoxin, heavy metals and a rapid sterility screen. Code AFFILIATE50OFF takes 50% off a first order (details); we may earn a commission.
- Peptide Plugs: the BPC-157 + TB500 page shows lot 101-06-ZB with accession code Pept2607140478: 99.25% purity, BPC-157 16.09 mg and thymosin beta-4 18.54 mg against a 30 mg label. That certificate matches the 30 mg size; the page also shows a different purity figure for 20 mg, so ask which lot you'll receive. "Wolverine Plus" (page, 30 mg, $75) is a different product: it adds 10 mg of KPV, so it's $3.75 per mg of BPC-157 and TB-500 combined. Its lot 35130L-DK certificate (Freedom Diagnostics, August 13, 2026) reports all three components.
- Alpha Pro Peptides: the 10 mg page describes a 5 mg + 5 mg vial but names no lab or lot. Its testing page lists two Freedom Diagnostics certificates, but both are for a 10 mg + 10 mg product: the August 20, 2026 report (98.05%, BPC-157 14.81 mg, thymosin beta-4 10.65 mg) and a May 2026 report that the testing page labels "10mg." We found no certificate for the 5 + 5 vial.
- Licensed Peptides: our review found a 20 mg "Wolverine" blend from $99.99 on September 28, 2026 and lot numbers reused across blend reports. We didn't confirm its price on October 7, so it isn't in the table. We didn't check American Peptides or Swiss Chems for a blend.
TB-500 or thymosin beta-4?
FDA describes TB-500 as a seven-amino-acid fragment of thymosin beta-4 (LKKTETQ). The Alpha Pro and Peptide Plugs blend certificates above report "Thymosin Beta-4" instead. Check which molecule and mass the certificate confirms. Our TB-500 page covers this in more detail.
How to check a blend COA
- Look for two content results. A single purity number doesn't show whether the ratio is right. PSPeptides, Ascension, Peptide Plugs and Alpha Pro report each component.
- Match the size and lot. Alpha Pro sells a 5 + 5 vial but posts 10 + 10 certificates; Peptide Plugs' current certificate is for its 30 mg size.
- Compare each component to its label. Alpha Pro's August certificate shows BPC-157 about 48% over label; PSPeptides' shows both within 3%.
- Verify with the lab where it offers a lookup.

Independent test data
We found no independent blend results for these vendors. Finnrick showed no published tests for Peptide Plugs on October 7, 2026, and at our September 26 check only Swiss Chems among our listed vendors had Finnrick tests, none of them for a blend. Every certificate above was commissioned by the vendor. More: what is Finnrick? and the vendor testing tracker.

Bottom line
For a premixed BPC-157 + TB-500 vial, Peptide Plugs is cheapest per mg and posts a lab-verifiable certificate, though for its 30 mg size. Ascension Peptides posts a recent Kovera Labs certificate with per-component content. PSPeptides has the most complete report set, but its product page carries injection and dosing guidance, which we count against it. NextGenPeps shows no lot, and Alpha Pro hasn't posted a certificate for its 5 + 5 vial. All codes are on our coupon codes page, and the overall ranking is at best peptide vendors in the USA.
