Prices are the vendors' listed prices on October 21, 2026, before shipping. Medians come from our weekly price index. Note the Elite Peptides tesamorelin and Blue Sky ipamorelin deals: even with a free vial, they cost more per mg than the typical regular price.
How to judge a BOGO deal
- Do the per-mg math. Divide the price by twice the vial size. Small vials at high prices often stay expensive.
- Check the lot. Both vials normally come from one lot, so one COA should cover both. Ask for it before you order.
- Look at shipping thresholds. Zeptix charges a flat $12, free from $200 after discounts; Elite Peptides ships free over $149.
- Read the fine print. Size restrictions ("sizes marked BOGO"), exclusions (Elite excludes Follistatin and IGF-1) and stacking rules with first-order codes vary.
- Weigh the vendor, not just the deal. Our vendor directory and best peptide vendors in the USA rank on testing and transparency.
