Licensed Peptides is an operating US vendor that names two accredited testing labs on its own site and publishes both purity and endotoxin reports, organized by lot. It publishes a legal entity and a Boca Raton, FL address, and we found no FDA warning letter as of September 28, 2026. It's also young (domain registered May 2025), some of its reports appear to reuse lot numbers across products, Trustpilot removed its profile, and it sells GLP-1-class products under codes. Its overall score is 7.4/10; on our transparency method alone it scores 7.4/10 and sits at #7 in our editors' order.
Notice: Licensed Peptides' products are sold for in-vitro laboratory research only. They are not FDA-approved and not for human or animal consumption. This review covers supplier transparency only. We didn't buy or test any products.
Licensed Peptides at a glance
- Operating status: Live storefront at licensedpeptides.com, with add-to-cart working, checked September 28, 2026. Some items were sold out, including AOD-9604, SLU-PP-332 and the Semax and Selank sprays (shop).
- Location and entity: Its terms and shipping page name Licensed Peptides, Inc. The contact page lists 1489 W Palmetto Park Rd, Boca Raton, FL 33486, a phone number and a support email. We didn't verify a Florida corporate registration.
- Business age: The domain was registered on May 31, 2025, with the registrant hidden behind a privacy service (WHOIS). The site makes no founding-date claim. Its homepage claim of "10,000+ Verified Researchers" is unverified.
- Catalog: Vials, blends, capsules and nasal sprays. The full catalog and prices require a free account (research access).
- FDA record: No warning letter found in our search of the FDA warning letter pages (September 28, 2026). That was a search, not a direct confirmation from FDA.
Licensed Peptides COA: what's published
The purity reports page is an index organized by lot (for example, V260123-1 and V260309-11), with each report posted as an image. A separate endotoxin reports page posts LAL results under USP <85>; the site claims 150 of them. Few vendors on our list publish endotoxin data at all (see endotoxin testing).
Example: the BPC-157 product page cites lot V260309-11, tested by Vanguard, with 99.4% HPLC purity and endotoxin under 1.0 EU/mg (checked September 28, 2026).
Gaps:
- Net content is mostly missing. Most reports show purity but not how much compound is in the vial. One blend report showed measured content.
- Some reports appear to reuse lot numbers or figures across products. Several product pages show identical figures (99.4%, <1.0 EU/mg, ±0.2%). The LP2-T report cites lot V260123-1, which also appears for 5-Amino-1MQ, and lot V260908-14 appears on two different blend reports. We couldn't confirm which listing is correct, and we treat this as unverified until the vendor explains it.
- A third-party review raised the same concern. PeptideResearchReviews says the COAs look like "generic batch rather than batch-matched" reports. That site discloses affiliate relationships.

Lab traceability
The site names Vanguard Laboratory (A2LA accredited, certificate number listed) and Ethos Analytics (certificate 117798) and describes both as ISO/IEC 17025 accredited (purity reports, manufacturing process, checked September 28, 2026). Product pages link to a "Verify your lab report with Vanguard" tool at verifiedbyvanguard.com. We didn't test that tool, so we can't say whether it confirms these reports. The vendor's site doesn't name Janoshik.
Independent testing
We found no Finnrick profile for Licensed Peptides (checked September 28, 2026). There's no community data to compare against its reports, which matters more here given the reused-lot question. See Janoshik vs Finnrick.
Labeling
Product pages carry "Not for human consumption" disclaimers, buyers must be 21 or older (terms), and we found no dosing guides or disease claims on the pages we checked (September 28, 2026).
The deductions:
- Code-named GLP-1-class products: LP3-R (its listed formula matches retatrutide), LP2-T (likely tirzepatide, which is our inference), cagrilintide and a cagrilintide/LP3-R blend. We cover GLP-1-class products for research use only, with no dosing content.
- Consumer-style formats: capsules (BPC-157, 5-Amino-1MQ, Dihexa, Glow) and "atomized" nasal sprays (BPC-157, BPC/TB, Semax, Selank). It also sells Melanotan I and II and IGF-1 LR3.
- Reconstitution instructions with bacteriostatic water on product pages.
- Licensing language. The site calls itself "a licensed U.S. business entity" without naming a license, says it isn't a 503A compounding pharmacy, and says it partners "with FDA-registered manufacturers" without naming them (homepage). FDA registration of a facility isn't FDA approval of a product. Despite the name, we didn't identify any license.
Pricing and coupon code
Prices we saw on September 28, 2026 (shop): BPC-157 from $53.99, the BPC-157/TB-500 "Wolverine" blend (20mg) from $99.99, GHK-Cu $61.99 a vial, ipamorelin from $43.32, CJC-1295 no DAC from $38.99, tesamorelin 10mg from $130.99 and NAD+ from $129.99. There's no standalone TB-500 vial. The Glow (70mg) and Klow (80mg) blends were $189.99 and $199.99. Full prices need a free account.
The site was running its own promotions: a "2 for 1 sale… Any vial, any size. NO CODE, NO LIMITS," "Up to 50% Off," and 25% off for account members (research access).
Licensed Peptides coupon code: Affiliate5 gives 5% off (our partner code). PeptideChecked has an affiliate relationship with Licensed Peptides: we may earn a commission if you buy through our link or use this code. That doesn't change its rating, which comes only from our published method. Check that the discount applies at checkout, and whether it stacks with the site's sales. Shipping, payment and returns
- Shipping: US only. USPS Ground $8.95 (3-7 days), FedEx 2-Day $11.95, UPS 2-Day $19.95 and FedEx Next Day $44.99. FedEx 2-Day is free over $200. Orders paid before 4 PM PST dispatch the same day, and orders over $1,000 need a signature (shipping).
- Payment: The terms mention ACH/e-check. We couldn't confirm other methods.
- Returns: The refunds page allows returns of unopened items within 30 days, with the buyer paying return shipping. The terms say "All sales are final — we cannot accept returns." The two pages contradict each other, so get the policy in writing before you order.
Is Licensed Peptides legit?
Licensed Peptides appears to be an operating vendor that publishes a legal entity, a street address, named accredited labs and endotoxin reports, with no FDA warning letter found as of September 28, 2026. But it's young (domain registered May 2025), some reports appear to reuse lot numbers across products, it has no independent test data, and Trustpilot removed its profile.
Our scam check, as of September 28, 2026:
| Check | Result |
|---|---|
| Live storefront | Yes, licensedpeptides.com (checked September 28, 2026) |
| Business entity/address published | Yes: Licensed Peptides, Inc., Boca Raton, FL (contact); state registration not verified |
| Domain age (WHOIS) | Registered May 31, 2025, registrant private (WHOIS) |
| Named testing lab | Yes: Vanguard Laboratory and Ethos Analytics on its purity reports page |
| Lot-matched COAs | Indexed by lot, but some lot numbers appear on more than one product (unresolved) |
| Independent tests (Finnrick) | No Finnrick profile found |
| FDA warning letter | None found in our search (FDA) |
| Trustpilot | Profile removed by Trustpilot (Trustpilot) |
| Reddit discussion | Not checked for this review |
These checks cover disclosure and public records only. They don't test what's in the vial, which is why we weight independent testing in our score.
Licensed Peptides reviews and complaints: Trustpilot and Reddit
Trustpilot's page for licensedpeptides.com says "This profile has been removed" because it "goes against our guidelines" (Trustpilot, checked September 28, 2026). The vendor's homepage still displays a 5-star "Excellent" Trustpilot badge. We treat that mismatch as a red flag.
ScamAdviser gives the site a very low trust score. Automated scores like this lean heavily on domain age and hidden ownership, so read it as a caution, not a verdict. PeptideResearchReviews, which discloses affiliate relationships, rates it 7.1/10. We didn't check Reddit for this review.

Alternatives
- Peptide Plugs (7.5): names its lab on its own site and gives accession codes you can check at the lab.
- NextGenPeps (8.8): names its labs on each COA entry, with endotoxin results on some batches, and publishes its legal entity.
- American Peptides (9.1): lot-number COA lookup and a published city and LLC.
- Alpha Pro Peptides (6.3): lot ID and measured net content for each certificate.
- PSPeptides (8.5): per-product endotoxin reports too, but dosing guides on its blog.
Verdict
Licensed Peptides scores 7.4/10. Naming two accredited labs, publishing endotoxin reports and giving a real entity and address put it ahead of several vendors on disclosure. The lot numbers that appear on more than one product, the removed Trustpilot profile, the coded GLP-1-class items and no independent data keep it in the middle. If you consider it, match the lot on your vial to a report for that exact product and confirm it with the lab.
