GLOW is a 70mg research blend of GHK-Cu 50mg, BPC-157 10mg and TB-500 10mg, and KLOW is the same blend plus 10mg of KPV, for 80mg. On October 7, 2026, PSPeptides had the lowest GLOW price ($94.99) and Peptide Plugs the lowest KLOW price ($75), while PSPeptides and Peptide Plugs posted the most detailed blend-specific certificates.
Notice: Research peptides are sold for in-vitro laboratory research only. They are not FDA-approved, not for human or animal consumption, and this page is not medical advice.
Our criterion: a certificate for the blend itself, naming the lab and the lot, ideally with an amount for each component, beats a single-compound COA or a generic "third-party tested" badge. We don't test products; we check what each vendor publishes.
What vendors put in GLOW and KLOW
"GLOW" and "KLOW" are trade names that several vendors share, not standardized products. The labels we checked on October 7, 2026 agree on the main ratios:
| Blend | GHK-Cu | BPC-157 | TB-500 | KPV | Total |
|---|
| GLOW | 50 mg | 10 mg | 10 mg | - | 70 mg |
| KLOW | 50 mg | 10 mg | 10 mg | 10 mg | 80 mg |
| KLOW PRO (Peptide Plugs only) | 30 mg | 20 mg | 20 mg | 10 mg | 80 mg |
Sources: Ascension's GLOW and KLOW pages, PSPeptides' GLOW and KLOW pages, NextGenPeps' GLOW and KLOW pages, and Peptide Plugs' KLOW and KLOW PRO pages.
Two variations to watch:
- NextGenPeps also lists a 50mg GLOW (GHK-Cu 40mg, BPC-157 5mg, TB-500 5mg). Its description elsewhere mentions "30 mg or 60 mg per vial," which conflicts with its own breakdown.
- Peptide Plugs' KLOW PRO doubles BPC-157 and TB-500 and cuts GHK-Cu to 30mg. It's a different product, so don't compare it mg-for-mg with standard KLOW.
Each component has its own vendor comparison: GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV. A blend saves no work on the certificate side: you need one COA that covers all three or four peptides in the same vial.
GLOW 70mg: prices and COAs
Single-vial prices checked October 7, 2026, including any displayed sale price. $/mg is price divided by labeled mg. "With our code" applies only where we have a partner code, and it's arithmetic, not a checkout quote.
| Vendor | Price | $/mg | With our code | GLOW-specific COA |
|---|
| NextGenPeps | $107 (was $134) | $1.53 | No code | Bioviridian, Sep 25, 2026, 99.71% |
| PSPeptides | $94.99 | $1.36 | $85.49 with CHECKED ($1.22/mg) | North American Diagnostics, batch PSP-08202026GL, Aug 2026, per-component amounts |
| Ascension Peptides | $110 (was $174.99) | $1.57 | $55.00 with AFFILIATE50OFF, first order ($0.79/mg) | Kovera Labs, batch 07-05260628, June 23, 2026 |
| Licensed Peptides | $189.99 | $2.71 | $180.49 with Affiliate5 ($2.58/mg) | Vanguard Laboratory, report V251104-11 |
| Alpha Pro Peptides | $99.99 | $1.43 | No code | Freedom Diagnostics, lot AP-GLOW-0426, May 18, 2026 |
KLOW 80mg: prices and COAs
| Vendor | Price | $/mg | With our code | KLOW-specific COA |
|---|
| NextGenPeps | $158 (was $198) | $1.98 | No code | Bioviridian, Sep 25, 2026, 99.80% |
| PSPeptides | $124.99 | $1.56 | $112.49 with CHECKED ($1.41/mg) | North American Diagnostics, batch PSP-08172026KL, Aug 2026, per-component amounts |
| Ascension Peptides | $120 (was $199.99) | $1.50 | $60.00 with AFFILIATE50OFF, first order ($0.75/mg) | Kovera Labs, batch 46-05260628, July 3, 2026 (PDF link missing) |
| Peptide Plugs | $75 | $0.94 | No code | Freedom Diagnostics, Pept2607140465, July 16, 2026, per-component amounts |
| Alpha Pro Peptides | $109.99 | $1.37 | No code | Freedom Diagnostics, lot AP-KLOW-0426, May 18, 2026 |
Licensed Peptides listed KLOW at $199.99 when we reviewed it on September 28, 2026, but its site search returned no KLOW product on October 7, 2026, so it's not in the table.
Notes on each vendor's blend documentation
- NextGenPeps: its COA library lists Bioviridian reports for GLOW 70mg and KLOW, both dated September 25, 2026, plus older Bioregen reports. No lot number shows in the library, and we couldn't read the KLOW PDF's text. The KLOW product page also quotes test figures from another vendor, which isn't evidence for NextGenPeps' own vials. Review
- PSPeptides: the GLOW certificate reports BPC-157 9.71mg, TB-500 9.72mg and GHK-Cu 50.20mg by HPLC with mass spectrometry. The KLOW certificate reports all four components, each at 99.9%+ purity. Both product pages also link endotoxin, sterility, heavy metals and fentanyl reports. Its blog publishes human dosing guides, which we count against it. Review
- Ascension Peptides: the GLOW page links a Kovera Labs report and an older MZ Biolabs report. On the KLOW page, the July 2026 Kovera entry had no working download link; the February 2026 MZ Biolabs report was linked. Review
- Peptide Plugs: the KLOW page lists lab averages for each component (GHK-Cu 51.11mg, KPV 11.71mg, TB-500 12.13mg, BPC-157 11.52mg; 86.47mg total) and a search code to check at Freedom Diagnostics. Its COA page shows a September 1, 2026 KLOW PRO test (99.59%, 89.02mg). KLOW PRO was $100 in the store's search listing but $110 on its product page, so confirm in the cart. We found no GLOW product. Review
- Licensed Peptides: the GLOW page links a Vanguard report, but the report images on the page carry a different ID (V260423-7), and no batch number is stated. The page's price blocks conflict with each other, so check the cart total. Review
- Alpha Pro Peptides: the GLOW certificate lists components adding up to 75.78mg against a 70mg label. The KLOW certificate adds up to 97.87mg against 80mg, with GHK-Cu at 64.40mg instead of 50mg. Neither is explained. Both product pages advertised "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" on October 7, 2026. Review
How to check a blend COA
- Look for every component. A blend certificate should identify and quantify each peptide, not just report one purity number.
- Add up the amounts. Compare the sum with the label. Big overages, like Alpha Pro's KLOW, change any concentration math.
- Match the batch to your vial. PSPeptides and Ascension show batch numbers; Licensed and NextGenPeps didn't show one in the places we checked.
- Use the newest report. Several vendors keep older reports next to the current one.

Regulatory note
Neither blend is an FDA-approved drug, and all six vendors label them research-use only. TB-500 is named under S2.3 of WADA's 2026 Prohibited List (list text), so both blends contain a prohibited substance for athletes. More: FDA peptide regulation in 2026.

Bottom line
For KLOW, Peptide Plugs pairs the lowest listed price with a per-component Freedom Diagnostics result you can look up. For GLOW, PSPeptides is cheapest before codes and posts per-component amounts plus a safety panel, though its dosing content is a labeling problem. Ascension's first-order code gives the lowest possible price on either blend, if it applies to the sale price. Alpha Pro's certificates don't match its labels.
