I have since 2006 worked within the field of drug discovery as a medicinal chemist. In my current position I have focussed on peptide based drug discovery including affinity maturation, stability and PK optimization, where as my previous positions has been within small molecule drug discovery. Through my diverse experience I have gained insights in all aspects of early drug discovery ranging from chemistry, through in vitro characterization to in vivo profiling. In addition I have project management experience and have managed collaborations with CROs, universities and biotech and pharma companies.
