Pinnacle Peptide Labs is a live Miami vendor whose prices run above the market and whose testing claims we could not check. As of October 19, 2026, its banner promises batch-specific COAs and at least 99% purity. We found no COA page, no named labs and no Finnrick tests to back that up.
Notice: Pinnacle Peptide Labs products are sold for in-vitro laboratory research only. They are not FDA-approved and not for human or animal use. This review covers supplier transparency and prices. We didn't buy or test any products. Some vendors pay us a commission when you buy through our links. That never changes a score or a price ranking.

Testing and COAs
The site's scrolling banner lists "Batch-Specific COAs," a "≥99% Purity Standard" and "USA Made." We could not find where those COAs live. We found no COA page, no named testing lab, no lot numbers tied to certificates and no mention of endotoxin or sterility testing. We also found no Finnrick tests for the vendor.
Until the vendor shows the certificates, treat the purity claim as unverified. Ask for the COA for your lot before you order.
What we like
- Live store with public prices and no gate.
- City published (Miami, FL).
- Next business day shipping and free shipping over $149, per its banner.
- A few compounds priced below the median, including Thymosin Alpha-1 (25% below).
What to watch
- Most prices are above our index median; retatrutide is 81% above.
- Batch-specific COAs are promised but no COA page was found.
- No named labs and no Finnrick tests.
- No company name, owner or payment methods published.
- GLP-class products listed only under codes (GLP-3RT, GLP-2TZ, GLP-1SG).
How it compares
Many vendors we track publish lot-matched COAs and charge less for the same compounds. Pinnacle would need to show its certificates to compete on transparency. See all vendors we track, peptide deals this week and our ranked list.
Bottom line
Pinnacle Peptide Labs is a working store, but it charges more than most of the market and does not show the COAs its banner promises. Compare prices first, and ask for a lot-specific COA if you consider ordering.
