True Research Labs is a 2026 newcomer with better documentation than most: lot-numbered purity and endotoxin reports from a named lab. When we checked on October 21, 2026, its COA page listed 97 certificates across 49 lots, issued by Horizon Analytical, and its GLP-class prices were mostly at or below the median in our price index. It publishes no address or company name, and all sales are final.
Notice: True Research Labs' products are sold for in-vitro laboratory research only. They are not FDA-approved and not for human or animal use. This review covers supplier transparency and prices. We didn't buy or test any products. Some vendors pay us a commission when you buy through our links. That never changes a score or a price ranking.

Prices as listed on October 21, 2026, using the sale price where one was shown. 19 of 38 listings were below the median per mg across the vendors in our price index and 13 above. Semaglutide was the standout: 30mg was 66% below. Larger GLP-class vials were also below: retatrutide 50mg (8% below) and tirzepatide 100mg (33% below). Epitalon 50mg was 66% below. The most expensive were 5-Amino-1MQ 10mg (125% above), thymosin alpha-1 10mg (61% above) and MOTS-c 10mg (48% above). It also discounts 2 vials by 10% and 3 by 15%. We left out its BPC-157 + TB-500 combo because the listing doesn't state the amount of each peptide. Compare retatrutide prices and semaglutide prices.
It ships the same or next business day (not Sundays), advertises 2-day FedEx, and gives free shipping and bacteriostatic water over $250. It also ships internationally, with the buyer responsible for customs. All sales are final.
Testing and COAs
True Research Labs' COA page lists 97 certificate PDFs for 49 lots, with separate purity and endotoxin reports for each product and the lot number in each file name. The reports we opened were issued by Horizon Analytical: retatrutide lot TRL-4755764 showed 99.48% purity and 10.02mg measured against a 10mg label (UPLC/MS, analysed May 19, 2026), and the BPC-157 endotoxin report for lot TRL-5561606 showed under 0.05 EU/mL. Certificates are dated March and May 2026, and older lots stay listed.
Two gaps: the endotoxin report we opened didn't state a pass limit, and neither report carried a verification code, though both point to a search on horizonanalytical.com. Finnrick lists no tests.
What we like
- Lot-numbered purity and endotoxin reports for 19 compounds, from a named lab.
- Reports include measured content, not just purity.
- GLP-class prices at or below our index median in most sizes, and cheap semaglutide.
- Same or next business day shipping; free shipping and BAC water over $250.
What to watch
- All sales are final, with no returns or refunds.
- No address or company name; products sourced from international suppliers.
- New in 2026, with no Finnrick tests yet.
- Small vials of 5-Amino-1MQ, thymosin alpha-1 and MOTS-c priced well above the median.
- Trustpilot (4.1, 152 reviews) includes complaints about slow support and refunds.
How it compares
True Research Labs' testing is in the same class as Mile High Compounds and PeakForm Peptides, which also post lot reports from named labs. For cheaper GLP-class vials with less testing, see Maximum Peptides. See all vendors we track and the retatrutide price index.
Bottom line
True Research Labs backs its products with more lot-level paperwork than most new vendors, and its GLP-class prices are competitive. Its final-sale policy, missing business identity and short history are the trade-offs. We'll update this review when independent tests appear.
