Notice: Research peptides are sold for in-vitro laboratory research only. They are not FDA-approved, not for human or animal consumption, and this page is not medical advice. It contains no dosing or use guidance.

Who runs Kovera Labs

Kovera's website lists its address as 350 Lexington Dr, Buffalo Grove, IL 60089, with weekday hours and a support email. Its about page names Ajmal Zahir as founder and describes the company as "independent compound analytics." We didn't find a legal entity name, such as an LLC or Inc., on the site or in its terms.

Our directory files this lab as "Kovera." The certificates we checked, such as this June 2026 BPC-157 report posted by Peptide Partners, are headed Kovera Labs and point to koveralabs.com for verification, so that's the lab covered here.

Accreditation. We found no ISO/IEC 17025 claim, accrediting body or certificate number on Kovera's site as of October 21, 2026. Its services page says it uses "ISO-compliant methods," which describes the methods, not an accreditation.

What it tests and what it costs

Kovera's services and pricing pages, checked October 21, 2026, list a base package and add-ons:

TestPriceMethod, per Kovera
Base package: purity, net content, identity$200 per sampleRP-HPLC/UV purity; gravimetric plus HPLC quantitation; LC-MS (ESI+) identity
Blend surcharge+$50-
Endotoxin+$120Charles River Endosafe, kinetic chromogenic LAL, EU/mL per USP <85>
Heavy metals+$120ICP-MS for lead, mercury, arsenic, cadmium and others
Microbial sterility screen+$120-
14-day sterility culture+$200BacT/ALERT aerobic and anaerobic bottles; preliminary result at 2 days
Fentanyl presence+$60Screen
Conformity vials+$40 eachHPLC comparison across vials of one lot
Subsidiary COA+$50The same results issued to another name
Priority service+$500-

Kovera doesn't publish a standard turnaround time. For 14-day sterility, it says the COA is updated with final results after incubation ends.

The June 2026 report shows how this looks in practice: five vials tested individually, a batch average for purity and net content, LC-MS identity, and pass results for endotoxin, rapid sterility, fentanyl and four heavy metals. It carries a report number and an access code.

How to verify a Kovera report

  1. Find the COA ID or report number on the certificate. Recent reports also print an access code and the address koveralabs.com/verify.
  2. Type koveralabs.com yourself and open Verify COA. Kovera says the page lets you "confirm the report exists and view the reported results."
  3. Compare the lab's results with the vendor's PDF: client, product, batch, dates, purity, net content and each add-on.
  4. Match the batch to your vial.

Some vendors add a verify button that opens Kovera's lookup with the lot filled in. That's convenient, but typing the lab's address yourself rules out a lookalike page.

What a Kovera COA does and doesn't prove

It showsIt doesn't show
Kovera issued a report under that IDThat the sample came from your lot
Purity, net content and LC-MS identity of what was submittedThat vials outside the tested set match
Endotoxin, metals or sterility, if boughtFinal 14-day sterility, if the report is preliminary
The client the report was issued toThat the client is the only seller using the results

Because Kovera sells subsidiary COAs, the same test can carry several client names. That's normal for shared batches, but check whose report it is. The certificate itself says the sample met specifications "at the time of analysis," so storage and shipping afterward aren't covered. See our HPLC purity guide and endotoxin guide for reading the numbers.
