When we checked on October 21, 2026, its library listed 84 certificates from Freedom Diagnostics and Horizon Analytical with batch numbers and test dates. Prices were close to the median in our index: 16 of 37 below, 14 above and the rest about level.

Larger vials were the best value: epitalon 50mg (46% below), DSIP 15mg (46% below), 5-Amino-1MQ 50mg (43% below) and MOTS-c 40mg (31% below). Testing and COAs
PeakForm's COA library is searchable and lists 84 certificates with product, batch number, purity, lab, test date and whether each record is current or historical, linking to the original PDFs. Example: 5-Amino-1MQ 50mg batch PF-2026-098-2, 99.63%, Freedom Diagnostics, July 24, 2026. Two labs are named: Freedom Diagnostics and Horizon Analytical.
It also keeps older records visible, including an AOD-9604 batch from January 2026 at 91.222% purity, next to the current batch at 99.65% from Horizon Analytical. Most vendors only show their best results, so leaving a weaker batch on file is a point in PeakForm's favor, and it's a reason to check which batch you receive.
The site says products come from GMP-certified, ISO 9001 facilities through 'a curated network of accredited lab partners', but doesn't name the manufacturer. Finnrick lists no tests.

Bottom line
PeakForm Peptides is well documented and fairly priced. Its willingness to keep a 91% batch on display is the kind of transparency we'd like to see more of. The gaps are a published company identity, GLP-class coverage and independent Finnrick data.
