Mile High Compounds publishes the most detailed lot testing of any vendor we added this week. When we checked on October 21, 2026, each product page showed the batch currently shipping with the lab, purity, measured content and vial-to-vial variance, from three named labs, and it says every lot runs a 15-point panel including sterility and endotoxin. Prices were close to the median in our index: 8 of 16 below and 5 above.
Notice: Mile High Compounds' products are sold for in-vitro laboratory research only. They are not FDA-approved and not for human or animal use. This review covers supplier transparency and prices. We didn't buy or test any products. Some vendors pay us a commission when you buy through our links. That never changes a score or a price ranking.

Prices as listed on October 21, 2026, using the sale price where one was shown and before the first-order discount. 8 of 16 listings were below the median per mg across the vendors in our price index, 5 above and the rest about level. Bigger vials are where it's competitive: tirzepatide 60mg (36% below), epitalon 50mg (31% below), semaglutide 10mg (27% below) and MOTS-c 40mg (13% below). Smaller retatrutide vials cost more: 5mg was 84% above and 10mg 34% above. Most single-peptide pages show only the measured content of the current lot (for example TB-500 13.74mg, BPC-157 10.86mg), not a labeled size, so we priced only listings with a stated size. Compare retatrutide prices and tirzepatide prices.
Orders before 3pm MST Monday to Friday (12pm Saturday) ship the same day from Scottsdale, AZ, with free FedEx 2 Day over $300.
Testing and COAs
This is Mile High's strength. Each product page shows the batch currently shipping, with the lab, purity, measured net content, test date and vial-to-vial variance. The TB-500 page, for example, shows batch TB5-010-MH-05: Vanguard Laboratory, 99.80% purity, 13.74mg measured, tested 08/27/26, variance 13.55-13.87mg. Its COA page lists 176 certificates.
It says every new lot runs a 15-point panel at ISO/IEC 17025 accredited US labs: identity, purity, net content, variance, sterility (USP <71>), endotoxins, lead, arsenic, mercury, cadmium, residual solvents, residual TFA and container closure integrity. Three labs are named: Vanguard Laboratory, ILS Labs and Ethos Analytics.
What's missing is outside data: Finnrick lists a profile but no tests, so there are no customer-submitted samples to check against. We named the labs as the vendor lists them and didn't verify the reports.
What we like
- Lot-matched certificates on every product page, with measured content and variance.
- A 15-point panel per lot, including sterility, endotoxin and heavy metals.
- Three named labs and 176 certificates on file.
- Competitive prices on larger vials, plus 25% off a first order.
- Same-day shipping with free FedEx 2 Day over $300.
What to watch
- No company name or street address.
- Most single-peptide pages don't state a labeled vial size.
- Small GLP-class vials priced above our index median.
- Also sells capsules and nasal sprays, which are consumer formats rather than lab reagents.
- No Finnrick tests yet.
How it compares
Mile High's testing is on par with the best-documented vendors we track, such as Nura Peptide and Bluum Peptides, and it shows prices publicly. For lower prices with less testing, see Geo Peptides. See all vendors we track and peptide deals this week.
Bottom line
Mile High Compounds is one of the better-documented vendors in our directory: lot-matched reports from three named labs with endotoxin, sterility and heavy-metal testing. Prices are about average. The missing pieces are a published company identity and independent Finnrick data.
