Horizon Analytical is a peptide testing service that runs LC-MS purity, identity and quantity tests and offers a public report lookup, but as of October 21, 2026 its website doesn't state a legal name, a street address or any accreditation. Three vendors in our directory cite it. Here's what's published, and what isn't.
Notice: Research peptides are sold for in-vitro laboratory research only. They are not FDA-approved, not for human or animal consumption, and this page is not medical advice. It contains no dosing or use guidance.

Who runs Horizon Analytical
We couldn't confirm who operates it. The footer says "© 2026 Horizon Analytical." Its about page cites "300+ clients globally" but gives no address, founding date, staff names or entity type. The only location hint is that a specialist responds during business hours "(EST)."
A Horizon COA posted by PeakForm Peptides lists a contact email at horizonanalytical.com and a named PhD chemist as signatory, but no lab address or legal name either.
For a lab whose reports vendors use as proof of quality, that's thin disclosure. It doesn't mean the results are wrong. It does mean you can't check the lab's own credentials the way you can for an accredited lab.
What it tests
The services page has a "Peptides Available for Testing" list and says blends of listed peptides are covered too. Methods named across the site:
- Purity, identity and quantity by HPLC-MS and LC-MS/MS. The about page also lists UPLC for separation.
- Endotoxin by LAL, and sterility.
- Heavy metals: priced on the services page, though the about page lists ICP-MS heavy metals as "COMING SOON." The two pages don't agree.
It accepts lyophilized vials, capsules, tablets, nasal sprays and oral films, and generates a prepaid shipping label after online submission.
Accreditation
Horizon makes no ISO/IEC 17025 claim, and names no accrediting body or certificate number. The homepage says reports are "Reviewed by qualified professionals" without naming credentials. You can check the A2LA, ANAB and PJLA directories for any future listing.
Pricing and turnaround
As listed on the services page on October 21, 2026:
| Option | Price |
|---|---|
| Purity, ID, quantity (single) | $200 |
| Heavy metals | $175 |
| 2-component blend | $400 |
| 3-component blend | $525 |
| 4-component blend | $650 |
| 3x purity, ID, quantity | $750 |
| 5x purity, ID, quantity | $1,200 |
| 10x purity, ID, quantity | $2,250 |
| Full QC panel (adds endotoxin, sterility, metals) | $850 |
Turnaround claims vary. The homepage shows 48 hours of analysis plus 24 hours for QA and certificate delivery. The services page says "Typical turnaround: 48–96 hours." Sterility takes longer; the homepage lists 16 days.
How to verify a Horizon Analytical report
- Find the report number on the COA, and the lot number.
- Go to the Verify COA page. The form requires a report number; the lot number is optional.
- Compare the returned report with the vendor's copy: compound, lot, dates, purity and quantity.
One catch: the PeakForm BPC-157 report we opened showed a lot number and said "Searchable via: horizonanalytical.com," but we didn't see a separate report number in its text. If a COA lacks one, ask the vendor or the lab for it. Our COA checklist covers the other checks.
Vendors in our directory that cite Horizon Analytical
From our vendor data as of October 21, 2026. "Lot-matched" and "Endotoxin" describe each vendor's COA program overall, not only its Horizon reports.
| Vendor | Lot-matched COAs | Endotoxin data | COA page |
|---|---|---|---|
| Prime Peptides | Yes | Yes | Testing page |
| PeakForm Peptides | Yes | Yes | COA page |
| True Research Labs | Yes | Yes | COA page |
PeakForm's COA page names Horizon alongside Freedom Diagnostics and CTLA. On October 21, 2026, the public text of Prime Peptides' and True Research Labs' COA pages didn't name individual labs, so check the report header on each certificate.
What a Horizon Analytical COA does and doesn't prove
What it can show:
- The purity and identity of the sample Horizon received, measured by LC-MS, and the quantity if that test was run.
- That the report exists on Horizon's system, if the Verify COA lookup returns it.
What it can't show:
- That your vial matches. Only a matching lot number links a report to your batch.
- The lab's credentials. With no stated address, legal name or accreditation, you're relying on the lab's word about its methods and quality control.
- Endotoxin, sterility or metals, unless those results are on the report. See our endotoxin guide.
- Independent sampling. Vendors choose what they send. Customer-bought or blind samples are a stronger check.
