Extreme Peptides has been around a long time by its own account, but it publishes no COAs and charges more than most vendors. On October 21, 2026, 17 of the 20 listings we priced were above the median in our price index, led by its GLP-class items. It lists a phone number and a West Palm Beach mailbox, says it was founded in 2010, and also sells SARMs and prescription drugs as liquids.
Notice: Extreme Peptides' products are sold for in-vitro laboratory research only. They are not FDA-approved and not for human or animal use. This review covers supplier transparency and prices. We didn't buy or test any products. Some vendors pay us a commission when you buy through our links. That never changes a score or a price ranking.

Prices as listed on October 21, 2026, using the sale price where one was shown. 17 of 20 listings were above the median per mg across the vendors in our price index. Small GLP vials were the furthest out: retatrutide 5mg 336% above and tirzepatide 5mg 323% above. Larger vials narrow the gap (tirzepatide 50mg was 34% above). Only PT-141 10mg (16% below) came in below. Its TB-500 listings are labeled as full-length thymosin beta-4. Many product names don't state the vial size, so we priced only listings with a stated size. Compare retatrutide prices and tirzepatide prices.
Shipping is USPS only, Monday to Friday. In-stock orders placed before 1pm ET ship the same day, with delivery in 2-7 business days.
Testing and COAs
We found no COA page, no named testing lab and no COA mention in the product descriptions we checked. Without certificates there's nothing to match to a lot, and no purity, identity or endotoxin data. We found no Finnrick profile either.
Red flags
Extreme's catalog includes SARMs and prescription drugs sold as liquids (tamoxifen, letrozole, anastrozole, clomiphene, T3/T4, sildenafil, tadalafil, finasteride, dutasteride), plus clenbuterol and IGF-1 variants. That's a red flag under our scoring.
What we like
- A published phone number and mailing address.
- Claims a long history (since 2010).
- Same-day USPS shipping before 1pm ET.
- Offers custom peptide synthesis.
What to watch
- No COAs or named testing lab.
- 17 of 20 prices above our index median.
- Sells SARMs, clenbuterol and prescription drugs.
- The address is a private mailbox (PMB).
- Many listings don't state the vial size.
- No Finnrick profile.
How it compares
If you want long history plus documentation, few vendors offer both. PeakForm Peptides and Mile High Compounds publish lot-level certificates and price closer to the median. See all vendors we track and the price index.
Bottom line
Extreme Peptides is long-lived and reachable by phone, but it gives buyers no certificates and prices most compounds above the median. Its catalog of prescription drugs and SARMs adds a red flag. It's hard to recommend over vendors that publish lot-matched COAs.
