Two of our eight vendors say they use Janoshik: NextGenPeps and Swiss Chems. NextGenPeps discloses it best, naming Janoshik (or BioRegen) on every entry of its COA library. Swiss Chems mentions Janoshik only in its FAQ, and its results page doesn't say which lab tested which batch. The other six use different labs, which we list below. All checked September 26, 2026 (Licensed Peptides September 28, 2026).
Notice: Research peptides are sold for in-vitro laboratory research only. They are not FDA-approved, not for human or animal consumption, and this page is not medical advice.
What Janoshik is
Janoshik is an analytical lab that tests samples clients mail in and issues a report for each one. It says "Every report in our database is verifiable via Verify tab in the menu or QR code on the report." That's what makes its reports useful to buyers: you can check a vendor's PDF against the lab's own record.
Janoshik isn't a rating service. When a vendor pays for a test, the vendor picks the sample. For how that differs from customer-submitted testing, read Janoshik vs Finnrick.
How we ranked
This page ranks vendors by how clearly they disclose Janoshik testing and how easy it is to match a report to the lab's record. Vendors that don't use Janoshik come after, ordered by how checkable their own lab's reports are. It's not our site-wide editors' order, which isn't sorted by score.

1. NextGenPeps: Janoshik named on each entry
- Disclosure: the homepage says "All of our products have been tested by either Janoshik or BioRegen," and each COA library entry names its lab.
- Janoshik entries: more than a dozen when we checked, dated March to June 2026, including BPC-157 5 mg (June 19, 2026, 99.748%) and GHK-Cu 50 mg (June 22, 2026, 99.747%). Most of the library is from BioRegen.
- Gap: the library shows no lot numbers or verification keys, only links to PDFs. Open the PDF to get the task number and key.

2. Swiss Chems: Janoshik in the FAQ, not per report
- Disclosure: the FAQ says batches are tested by "accredited third-party laboratories, principally Janoshik Analytical," mostly by HPLC.
- Gap: its results page (60 reports, many dated September 2026) says only "independent, ISO-accredited laboratories" and doesn't name the lab on each entry. You'll have to open each report to see whether it's Janoshik's.
- Independent data: Finnrick rates it 48%, with 4 of 10 customer samples passing. It also received an FDA warning letter in December 2024.
Swiss Chems shows why a lab name alone isn't enough: vendor-chosen samples can pass while customer samples don't.

3. Peptide Plugs: pays for customer Janoshik tests
Peptide Plugs uses Freedom Diagnostics, not Janoshik, and gives accession codes you can check on the lab's own search. Its about page offers "$100 store credit for any verified COAs submitted from Freedom Diagnostics, Finnrick Analytics, or Janoshik." That invites outside testing, but we found no published results from it yet.

4-8. The other vendors: different labs
- Alpha Pro Peptides: the testing page doesn't name a lab. The certificate we opened came from Freedom Diagnostics. Review · Visit
- Licensed Peptides: its purity reports page names Vanguard Laboratory and Ethos Analytics, and product pages link to a Vanguard verification tool we haven't tested. The site doesn't name Janoshik (checked September 28, 2026). Some of its reports appear to reuse lot numbers across products. Review · Visit
- American Peptides: the homepage says "Every batch verified by Bioviridian," which runs its own COA search. No Janoshik claim found. Review · Visit
- Ascension Peptides: its COA page (85 records) names no lab. Independent reviews trace its certificates to MZ Biolabs (Project Biohacking). Review · Visit
- PSPeptides: its certifications page says "independent, accredited laboratories" without naming one. The certificate we opened came from North American Diagnostics. Review · Visit
If a vendor or reseller claims its products are "Janoshik tested," ask for the report and check it yourself.
How to verify a Janoshik report
Janoshik's verification page asks for two things: the task number and the unique key. Both are printed on the report. You can also scan the QR code on the report.
- Get the report PDF for the lot on your vial, not just the product.
- Enter the task number and unique key on Janoshik's verification page, or scan the QR code.
- Compare the lab's record with the vendor's copy: product name, date, purity and quantity should match exactly.
- If the vendor's copy has no task number or key, ask support for it. A report you can't verify is only the vendor's word.

What a Janoshik report does and doesn't show
A verified report shows that Janoshik tested that sample and got that result. It doesn't show that every vial in the batch matches, or that the sample was a random pick. That's why we also look for independent data such as Finnrick, which tests samples customers bought. As of September 26, 2026, six of our seven vendors had no Finnrick tests. See third-party tested peptides for the full testing comparison.
