NAD+ is a coenzyme, not a peptide, and it isn't an FDA-approved drug, but seven of the eight vendors we list sold it for research on October 7, 2026. Peptide Plugs had the lowest price ($45 for 1,000mg) and, with PSPeptides, the most complete lot-specific documentation.
Notice: Research peptides are sold for in-vitro laboratory research only. They are not FDA-approved, not for human or animal consumption, and this page is not medical advice.
Our criterion: an NAD+ certificate with a named lab, a lot number and a measured amount beats a generic purity claim. We don't test products; we check what each vendor publishes.
What NAD+ is, and isn't
Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide is "a coenzyme central to metabolism," made of two nucleotides joined through their phosphate groups (overview). It has no amino acid sequence, so it isn't a peptide. Vendors are inconsistent about this:
- American Peptides' product page titles it a "Research Peptide," but its specs say "Coenzyme (not a peptide)."
- NextGenPeps sells it as "NAD+ Peptide" while describing it as a "redox coenzyme" with formula C21H27N7O14P2.
- Licensed Peptides' NAD+ certificate says "All 15 residues confirmed," which can't apply to NAD+. More on that below.
Because it isn't a peptide, mass is labeled in hundreds of milligrams rather than single-digit mg, so we compare price per 100 mg.

NAD+ by vendor
Single-vial prices checked October 7, 2026, including any displayed sale price. "$/100 mg" is price divided by labeled mg, times 100. "With our code" is arithmetic, not a checkout quote. Vendors appear in our editors' order, which isn't sorted by score.
| Vendor | Vial size(s) | Price | $/100 mg | With our code | NAD+ COA |
|---|
| American Peptides | 500, 1,000 mg | $100 (500 mg); 1,000 mg price not shown | $20.00 | No code | Lots NAD500-0803, NAD1000-0803; lab not named |
| NextGenPeps | 500 mg (per COA and image) | $78 (was $98) | $15.60 | No code | Biovirdians, Sep 25, 2026, 99.81%; no lot shown |
| PSPeptides | 500, 1,000 mg (100 mg out of stock) | $79.99 / $105.99 | $16.00 / $10.60 | $71.99 / $95.39 with CHECKED ($14.40 / $9.54) | North American Diagnostics, per-size batches, 99.90-99.93% |
| Ascension Peptides | 1,000 mg | $104 (was $179.99) | $10.40 | $52.00 with AFFILIATE50OFF, first order ($5.20) | None shown on product page |
| Peptide Plugs | 1,000 mg | $45 | $4.50 | No code | Freedom Diagnostics, Pept2608210517, Aug 26, 2026, 99.95% |
| Swiss Chems | 100 mg | $47.95 (selected option out of stock) | $47.95 | No code | Dated HPLC reports; lab not named |
| Licensed Peptides | 500 mg | From $129.99 | $26.00 | $123.49 with Affiliate5 ($24.70) | Vanguard, report V251029-17, 99.4%; identity data doesn't fit NAD+ |
Alpha Pro Peptides isn't in the table: its shop filter lists NAD+, but no NAD+ product appeared in its three catalog pages on October 7, 2026.
Notes on each vendor's NAD+ documentation
- American Peptides: the COA page lists current lots NAD500-0803 and NAD1000-0803 and two superseded lots, but names no lab, and we couldn't read the PDF text. Subscribe & Save advertises up to 15% off, and the page offers 20% off a first order. It's our overall #1 pick (9.1/10). Review
- NextGenPeps: no size selector shows on the product page; the test results and image say 500 mg. The COA library lists a September 25, 2026 report and a January 2026 Bioregen report (99.71%), without lot numbers. Review
- PSPeptides: the product page links a 500 mg certificate (batch PSP-08172026ND, 99.90%, 510.24 mg measured) and a 1,000 mg certificate (batch PSP-08202026ND, 99.93%, 974.57 mg, about 2.5% under label). Both sizes have endotoxin, sterility, heavy metals and fentanyl reports. Its blog publishes human dosing guides, which we count against it. Review
- Ascension Peptides: the NAD+ page showed no certificate, lab or batch when we checked, so we can't point to evidence for this product. We couldn't confirm whether AFFILIATE50OFF applies to the sale price. Review
- Peptide Plugs: the product page shows lot 182-03BLK-DK: 99.95% purity and 1,060.15 mg measured (about 6% over label, averaged across vials), plus identity, heavy metals, sterility, microbial, endotoxin and fentanyl results. The batch history says "6/7" against a seven-test panel, which the page doesn't explain. The COA page lists an earlier test too. Review
- Swiss Chems: the 100 mg page shows a $47.95-$479.50 range for one vial or a 10-vial kit, and the selected option was out of stock. It lists four HPLC reports (for example, 2607-ED-NA) but names no lab. It also sells a 10-gram NAD+ powder, which isn't a comparable vial. Review
- Licensed Peptides: the product page shows conflicting price blocks, so check the cart. Its Vanguard certificate was uploaded in October 2025 and reports a mass spec result of 1419.6 m/z and "All 15 residues confirmed." Neither fits NAD+, which the same page lists at 663.43 g/mol with no sequence. Other report images on the page carry a different ID. Review
Independent test data
Finnrick's NAD+ page showed 61 tests between February and September 2026: 15 pass, 41 fail and 5 incomplete. None of our listed vendors appear in its public rankings; most rows are hidden behind an account. That failure rate is a reason to insist on a lot-specific certificate. More: what is Finnrick?
How to check an NAD+ COA
- Check the identity result. Mass spectrometry should match NAD+ (about 663 g/mol), not a peptide.
- Match the size and lot. PSPeptides posts a separate certificate for each size; American Peptides lists lots without a lab.
- Compare measured mass to the label. Results ranged from 2.5% under (PSPeptides 1,000 mg) to 6% over (Peptide Plugs).
- Look for endotoxin and sterility. PSPeptides and Peptide Plugs report both.
See how to read a peptide COA, endotoxin testing and the COA checklist. Peptide Plugs also sells an NAD+, MOTS-c and 5-Amino-1MQ blend; see MOTS-c vendors and 5-Amino-1MQ vendors.
Codes and disclosure
PeptideChecked has affiliate relationships with PSPeptides (CHECKED, 10% off), Ascension Peptides (AFFILIATE50OFF, 50% off a first order) and Licensed Peptides (Affiliate5, 5% off). We may earn a commission when you use them. We couldn't confirm whether any code stacks with sale prices. Details: peptide coupon codes.

Bottom line
Peptide Plugs pairs the lowest NAD+ price with a lookup code, a measured amount and a full safety panel. PSPeptides documents every size, and its code brings the 1,000 mg vial under $10 per 100 mg. Ascension's first-order code is cheap but its page shows no certificate, and Licensed's certificate doesn't describe NAD+. For the full ranking, see the best peptide vendors in the USA.
