Janoshik Analytical is an independent testing lab that analyzes peptides and other compounds clients mail in, and every report it issues can be checked on its own site with a task number and unique key. It's one of the most-cited labs on research peptide certificates. In our directory, 16 vendors cite it as of October 21, 2026.
Notice: Research peptides are sold for in-vitro laboratory research only. They are not FDA-approved, not for human or animal consumption, and this page is not medical advice. It contains no dosing or use guidance.
This page profiles the lab. For a click-by-click walkthrough of checking a report, see how to verify a Janoshik report. For how it compares with a customer-sample program, see Janoshik vs Finnrick.
Who runs Janoshik
Janoshik's about page describes it as "an independent testing laboratory" with "over 10 years of experience" in chemical analysis of performance-enhancing drugs and related compounds. Its menu covers peptides, anabolic steroids, SARMs, SERMs, sexual-health compounds and harm-reduction testing. It takes cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut Pay and cryptocurrency.
What we couldn't confirm. The pages we read on October 21, 2026 didn't publish a street address, a legal entity name or an accreditation. We found no ISO/IEC 17025 certificate number for Janoshik.
What it tests and what it costs
Janoshik sells tests per compound. Its BPC-157 analysis is described as "ID, amount and purity analysis" and was listed at $215 on October 21, 2026, with these add-ons:
| Add-on | Listed price | What the page says |
|---|---|---|
| Endotoxin analysis | +$180 | LPS content, reported 1-1000 EU/vial; separate vial required |
| Heavy metals | +$105 | Arsenic, cadmium, lead, mercury |
| Sterility (TAMC/TYMC) | +$290 | Bacteria and mold counts; average 14 days |
| LC-MS contamination screen | +$205 | Detects other peptides and degraded peptide; identification only |
| CHNS mass report | +$145 | Nitrogen and sulfur content for net peptide content |
| Variance testing | +$75 | Several pieces from the same batch |
| TFA analysis | +$290 | Trifluoroacetic acid in mg per vial |
| Fentanyl presence | +$75 | Screen for fentanyl |
| Raw data | +$25 | Raw data from the main test and add-ons |
| Additional report, different client name | +$50 | Same test issued to another client |
Not every peptide test includes purity. Janoshik's GLOW blend test, for example, is labeled "ID and amount, peptide purity not included." Read the test name on the report.
Turnaround. The homepage shows a live operations snapshot. On October 21, 2026 it read 40 hours average lab turnaround and 4 hours for rush testing, both from sample receipt. Sterility takes about 14 days.
How to verify a Janoshik report
Janoshik's homepage says: "Every report in our database is verifiable via Verify tab in the menu or QR code on the report." Its Verify page asks for two values printed on the report: the task number and the unique key.
- Get the full report, not a cropped screenshot.
- Type janoshik.com yourself and click Verify. Don't use a link from a vendor's page.
- Enter the task number and the case-sensitive key, or scan the QR code and check it opens a janoshik.com address.
- Compare the lab's copy with the vendor's PDF: sample name, client, dates and every result should match.
- Check the lot. If a lot number appears only on the vendor's copy, the vendor added it.
Clients can also choose to publish results on Janoshik's public results section.
What a Janoshik COA does and doesn't prove
| It shows | It doesn't show |
|---|---|
| Janoshik tested a sample under that task number | That the sample came from your lot |
| Identity and amount, plus purity if the test included it | Purity, if the test was ID-and-amount only |
| Endotoxin, metals or sterility, only if those add-ons were bought | Anything about add-ons that weren't ordered |
| Who the report was issued to | That the named client is the only seller using it |
Two points are specific to Janoshik. First, the client picks and labels the sample, and the lab tests what arrives. Second, the paid "additional report with a different client name" means one test can carry several client names. That's legitimate for group testing, but it means a report doesn't by itself prove the selling vendor commissioned it or that the vial came from that vendor's stock. Our HPLC purity guide explains purity numbers, and the endotoxin guide covers EU limits.

From our vendor directory data, checked October 19-21, 2026. "Lot numbers shown" means the vendor's COA page shows lot or batch numbers next to its certificates. Many of these vendors also use other labs.
