Per mg, PSPeptides' 50 mg vial with CHECKED ($3.42 per mg) undercuts its own 10 mg vial ($6.30 per mg). Ascension's first-order price works out to $3.10 per mg, and Peptide Plugs' single vial to $3.00 per mg without any code.

What each vendor offers on MOTS-c
- Ascension Peptides: AFFILIATE50OFF is for a first order. The MOTS-c page lists volume pricing ($60.14 each for 3, $55.80 each for 10) and two certificates: Kovera Labs batch 24-05260628 (June 26, 2026) and MZ Biolabs batch 24-01260229 (March 2026). - PSPeptides: CHECKED takes 10% off either size. Its store showed MOTS-c in stock in 10 mg and 50 mg vials. Its June 2026 10 mg certificate from North American Diagnostics reported 99.94% purity and 9.89 mg measured, per our September comparison. Details: PSPeptides coupon code.
- Blank Peptides: CHECKED takes 10% off the entire order. Its store lists MOTS-c 10 mg at $55 with batch DPS-6277477 at 99.27% purity. On October 22, 2026 the homepage also showed the vendor's own banner, "30% off site-wide with code FALL30." That isn't our code, and we couldn't confirm its terms or end date. - Licensed Peptides: Affiliate5 takes 5% off. Its MOTS-C listing offers 10 mg and 40 mg in packs of 1 to 10, with prices from $76.99 (regular $85.54), and the homepage advertised a "2 for 1 sale" on any vial with no code. We couldn't confirm which option the $76.99 covers. Details: Licensed Peptides coupon code.
- Peptide Plugs: no code, but the lowest price here. Volume pricing runs from 5% off at 2 vials to 40% off ($18 a vial) at 10 or more, and a points program gives $1 off per 100 points. Its page shows lot 03510L-DK from Freedom Diagnostics: 99.88% purity and 11.09 mg measured against the 10 mg label, plus identity, sterility, endotoxin and fentanyl results.
- NextGenPeps: no code, but a sale price ($42, down from $52), bulk pricing from 5 vials, and a 10% code for email sign-up.

- A first order of one vial: AFFILIATE50OFF at Ascension ($31) is the largest discount, though Peptide Plugs' $30 list price is about the same without a code.
- A repeat order: CHECKED at Blank Peptides ($49.50) or PSPeptides ($62.99) still applies; Ascension's code is first-order only.
- A larger quantity: PSPeptides' 50 mg vial with CHECKED is $170.99, or compare Peptide Plugs' 10-vial price ($18 a vial).
Terms we couldn't confirm
None of PSPeptides, Blank Peptides, Ascension or Licensed Peptides publishes stacking rules we could find. We couldn't confirm whether these codes apply on top of sale prices, volume pricing, Blank's FALL30 banner or Licensed Peptides' 2-for-1 offer. Treat the checkout total as the answer.
MOTS-c regulatory status in brief
MOTS-c isn't an FDA-approved drug. FDA's Category 2 compounding page lists it among withdrawn nominations, and in July 2026 the Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee voted 7-5 to recommend it for the 503A bulks list.
