Nine of the ten vendors we rate list kisspeptin, and Peptide Plugs and Blank Peptides document their testing best: Peptide Plugs shows a Freedom Diagnostics lot tested October 15, 2026 with measured content, and Blank Peptides shows a Horizon Analytical lot with a report number you can verify on the lab's site. NextGenPeps names Bioviridian with an endotoxin result but shows no lot. Kisspeptin-10 is on FDA's Category 2 list and is named on WADA's Prohibited List.

Our criterion: a kisspeptin-specific COA with a named lab and lot number beats a generic "third-party tested" claim. We don't test products; we check what each vendor publishes.
Regulatory status of kisspeptin
- FDA: kisspeptin isn't an approved drug in any form. FDA's Category 2 compounding page (content current as of April 22, 2026) lists Kisspeptin-10 for 503A, added September 29, 2023, citing "immunogenicity risk for certain routes; limited safety information." It is still Category 2 in FDA's 503A categories list updated May 14, 2026.
- PCAC: on October 29, 2024, FDA's Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee voted 0 yes, 11 no against placing kisspeptin-10 on the 503A bulks list (summary minutes). It wasn't on the July 2026 agenda. We found no FDA warning letter naming kisspeptin as of October 20, 2026.
- WADA: the 2026 Prohibited List names "kisspeptin and its agonist analogues" under S2.2.1, testosterone-stimulating peptides in males, prohibited at all times (2026 list text). WADA's wording covers all kisspeptin forms, while FDA's listing is specific to kisspeptin-10.
- DEA: not on DEA's controlled substances list, August 2026 edition.

Notes on the table:
- American Peptides: the product page is titled KISSPEPTIN-10 and gives a molecular weight of 1302.45 g/mol. Its COA page lists lot KISS10-0528 and links a certificate PDF, with no lab or purity figure in the text we read.
- NextGenPeps: its COA library lists a Bioviridian report dated September 25, 2026 at 99.77% purity, with endotoxin under 0.05 EU/ml. No lot is shown. The listing is titled "Kisspeptin" without a fragment number.
- PSPeptides: the product page links an August 10 mg certificate and a September 5 mg certificate, plus heavy metals, endotoxin, sterility and fentanyl reports. The page carries a "Testosterone & Fertility" tag and a "Dosage protocol" link, which we count against it, and doesn't name the kisspeptin form in the text we read.
- Blank Peptides: the product page is titled Kisspeptin-10, lists 1302.4 g/mol, and shows lot 6437017 at 99.24% with identity, purity, endotoxin and appearance marked passed. The purity certificate pairs with an endotoxin report, and report number 1015500 can be checked on Horizon Analytical's site.
- Ascension Peptides: the product page lists a Kovera Labs batch (PDF) and an MZ Biolabs batch 19-03250428 tested August 16, 2025, with no purity shown on the page. Regular price is $74.99.
- Peptide Plugs: the product page reports 99.40% purity and 10.85 mg measured, 8.5% over the 10 mg label, with a seven-test safety panel and accession code Pept2610149063 (certificate). Its COA library keeps the July 16, 2026 lot 160-07-DK, which measured 9.46 mg (5.4% under label).
- Swiss Chems: the product page links a "Kisspeptin-10 (HPLC)" report dated May 18, 2026. The page text we read named no lab or lot.
- Licensed Peptides: the product page showed sale prices ($76.66 and $119.99 before discount) and links report images for the 5 mg and 10 mg sizes. The code V260202-26 also appears on its SS-31 10 mg report, so it may be a testing batch rather than a product lot.
- Alpha Pro Peptides: the product page and testing page list lot AP-KS10-0426, reported May 18, 2026: 99.61% purity and 9.58 mg net content (PDF). The text we read didn't name the lab.
Cheapest kisspeptin across all 65 vendors we track
As of October 20, 2026, 65 vendors in our kisspeptin price index list it (82 listings counting multi-vial kits). Per-mg figures below use in-stock single vials only.
- Cheapest per mg overall: Go Alpha Labs, 10 mg for $26.59 ($2.66/mg).
- Cheapest among vendors that pass our checks (no red flags, COAs published, lot-matched or named lab; 41 vendors): Glacier Aminos, 10 mg for $36.89 ($3.69/mg), then Modified Aminos at $3.90/mg and Transition Biotech at $4.00/mg.
- Median: $6.00/mg, with a range of $2.66 to $13.80. Among the vendors we rate, Alpha Pro Peptides ($4.80/mg) and Peptide Plugs ($5.00/mg) are below the median.
- Sizes: 10 mg is the usual vial (57 listings), then 5 mg (23); 2 mg and 12 mg appear once each.
- Red flags: NuScience Peptides ($4.50/mg), Peptide Partners and Royal Peptides all list kisspeptin and received FDA warning letters dated August 24, 2026. Sports Technology Labs and Umbrella Labs also sell SARMs.

What is kisspeptin?
Kisspeptins are peptides cleaved from the KISS1 gene product; the forms include kisspeptin-54 (once called metastin), -14, -13 and -10. Kisspeptin-10 is the C-terminal decapeptide and the shortest sequence that activates the KISS1R (GPR54) receptor, which researchers study as an upstream regulator of GnRH secretion (review). Academic endocrinology groups have run small physiology studies, including one on kisspeptin-10 and LH pulsatility in men, but much of the published human work used kisspeptin-54, and findings for one form don't transfer to the other.
How to check a kisspeptin COA
- Confirm the form. Kisspeptin-10 (YNWNSFGLRF-NH2) weighs about 1302 g/mol, as American Peptides and Blank Peptides state. Kisspeptin-54 has 54 residues and a far higher mass, so the mass-spec result should match the form on the label. A listing titled only "Kisspeptin" should say which one it is.
- Match the lot on the certificate to your vial label, and check that the PDF's lot matches the vendor's listing.
- Read the lab name on each PDF, then look it up. Horizon Analytical and Freedom Diagnostics both offer lookups by report or accession code.
- Compare measured content to the label. Peptide Plugs' 10 mg lots measured 9.46 mg and 10.85 mg, and Alpha Pro's measured 9.58 mg, which changes concentration math.

Independent test data
Finnrick's kisspeptin page showed two tests on October 20, 2026, both marked "incomplete," the latest on August 3, 2026. The example certificate we read was for Blessed Peptides, a vendor outside this table, and the page doesn't say which kisspeptin form was tested. NextGenPeps names its lab and reports endotoxin without a lot, and Alpha Pro shows lot, purity and content without naming the lab in the text we read. PSPeptides posts the widest set of reports but tags the product for human outcomes. Whatever you buy, check that the certificate confirms kisspeptin-10 by mass.
