NextGenPeps is the more transparent of the two on our transparency method (8.0 vs 7.0). It names its two labs, Janoshik and BioRegen, on every entry in its COA library, publishes its legal entity and street address, and keeps its content strictly research-use. PSPeptides posts dated COAs for about 60 products and is easier to buy from, with same-day shipping, the widest payment options on our list and our 10% code. But its blog publishes human dosing guides, and it doesn't name its lab on its site. NextGenPeps is #2 and PSPeptides #3 in our editors' order, which isn't sorted by score.
Notice: Research peptides are sold for in-vitro laboratory research only. They are not FDA-approved, not for human or animal consumption, and this page is not medical advice. This comparison covers supplier transparency only, based on public documentation. We didn't purchase or test products, and we don't repeat dosing content.

COAs and labs
NextGenPeps' COA library had about 49 entries, roughly three-quarters from BioRegen and the rest from Janoshik, dated July 2025 to June 2026. Each entry names the lab and shows purity, and some include an endotoxin result. The library doesn't show lot numbers or verification keys, so you'll need the report number from the PDF to use Janoshik's or BioRegen's lookup, and support to match a report to your lot.
PSPeptides' certifications page covers about 60 products, dated by month. The certificate we opened came from North American Diagnostics, with a batch number and 99.96% purity, but no accreditation or verification key. Its BPC-157 product page links heavy metals, endotoxin, sterility and fentanyl reports. Its site says only "independent, accredited laboratories," and its "Verify" page looks up orders, not certificates.
PSPeptides edges ahead on COA publication on our transparency method (9.0 vs 8.5) because of volume and batch numbers. NextGenPeps leads clearly on lab traceability (8.75 vs 6.75), since you know which lab to ask and both labs offer public lookups. See how to read a peptide COA.
Independent testing: a tie at zero
We found no Finnrick profile for NextGenPeps, and Finnrick lists PSPeptides (as "ProSupply PS Peptides") with 0 tests. Both get the floor score (5.0). See what is Finnrick?
Labeling: the biggest difference
NextGenPeps' terms require buyers to warrant they won't administer products to any human or animal, and its affiliate rules bar affiliates from suggesting human use. We saw no dosing content. The deduction is for three GLP-1-class products sold only under codes: GLP-RT, GLP-TZ and GLP-S.
PSPeptides carries research-use disclaimers, but its blog publishes dosing guides, such as a retatrutide page titled "Week-by-Week Chart." Bundles are named "Shred Express," "Cut & Glow" and "Turn Back Time," and the Shred Express page calls it "designed for multi-pathway fat loss and metabolic research."
NextGenPeps scores 8.25 on this factor; PSPeptides 5.75, the lowest on our list. FDA has said a research-use label doesn't protect a seller whose content points to human use (background). We cover GLP-1-class products for research use only, with no dosing content.
Business details
NextGenPeps publishes "NUTRL LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as NextGenPeps" with a San Diego street address (9.5 on our scale). PSPeptides says it's New Jersey-based with a 25-person team, and claims "over 5 years in business" and US cGMP manufacturing (about). Its domain was registered in November 2025, and we couldn't verify the manufacturing claim (7.5).
